Abstract

According to the anesthetic management that is given to patients for any surgical procedure, one of the important components that must not be overlooked is ANALGESIA, since it has been seen that good analgesic management decreases recovery time and management of hypnotic drugs and there is a hemodynamic balance without greatly altering the cardiovascular and respiratory functions of our patients, giving good management of the blockages and analgesic infiltrations that are required, the expected results are obtained in the anesthetic triad that is ANALGESIA , Muscle relaxation and hypnosis, since by applying these methods the use of hypnotics is considerably reduced and hemodynamic stability is maintained in balance. With ANALGESIA, in addition to using it to perform surgical procedures, it also helps us to control pain, the patient responds better faster, there is no self-mutilation of the affected part and it does not get stressed easily. It is recommended for geriatric patients since they may be in danger when exposed to general anesthesia, it also responds to the ethical obligation to eliminate suffering, facilitate physical examination, stimulate rest and prevent the possible appearance of neurogenic shock. The drugs mentioned in this work are easily acquired, their management is not complicated and they are relatively low cost, it is not an excuse for the MVZ not to perform a blockade or infiltration when the patient requires it, it is important to take into account the anatomical knowledge of the regions to be handled, since without this valuable tool the blocks are not performed successfully and the patient may be affected.

De acuerdo al manejo anestésico que se les da a los pacientes para cualquier procedimiento quirúrgico uno de los componentes importantes que no hay que dejar de pasar es la ANALGESIA, ya que se ha visto que un buen manejo analgésico disminuye el tiempo de recuperación y el manejo de fármacos hipnóticos y se tiene un equilibrio hemodinámica sin alterar en gran medida las funciones cardiovasculares y respiratorias de nuestros pacientes, dando un buen manejo de los bloqueos y de las infiltraciones analgésicas que se requieren se obtienen los resultados esperado en la triada anestésica que es ANALGESIA, Relajación muscular e hipnosis, ya que aplicando estos métodos se reduce considerablemente el uso de los hipnóticos y la estabilidad hemodinámica se mantiene en equilibrio. Con la ANALGESIA además de utilizarla para realizar procedimientos quirúrgicos también nos sirve para controlar el dolor, el paciente responde mejorablemente más rápido, no hay auto mutilación de la parte afectada y no se estresa fácilmente. Es recomendable para pacientes geriátricos ya que pueden estar en peligro al exponerlos a una anestesia general, además responde a la obligación ética para eliminar el sufrimiento, facilitar el examen físico, estimular el descanso y prevenir la posible aparición de un choque neurogénico. Los fármacos que se mencionan en este trabajo son de fácil adquisición, su manejo no es complicado y son de un costo relativamente bajo, no es pretexto para los MVZ no realizar un bloqueo o infiltración cuando el paciente lo requiera, es importante tomar en cuenta los conocimientos anatómicos de las regiones que se van a manejar ya que sin esta valiosa herramienta los bloqueos no se realizan con éxito y el paciente puede salir afectado.
