Situación de la producción ganadera en el municipio de Morelia, Estado de Michoacán (2006-2008)

Abstract

The primary sector is important worldwide, since it continues to be a fundamental part for the production of raw materials and food in the world, in developed countries that adopt as their main strategy for their development, the production of goods and services in their different branches such as: agriculture, livestock, forestry and fishing, which historically and until the current modern era, continues to be the basis of the economy of each country and consequently, means the backbone of its growth and development, which in a sustainable way includes livestock as one of the branches that belongs to this sector, and that integrates the food system of societies and ours. The historical reference, which is presented in this research, is in relation to the Municipality of Morelia Michoacán, and to the extent of its evolution, it becomes increasingly complicated to be able to standardize the satisfiers of our potential needs and coordinately stabilize between each of the variables in establishing the direct relationship between livestock production and supply and demand, finding preferential prices that are within the reach of the population and that allow strategically guaranteeing the consumption of internal meat in the State and Municipality, to make this activity more and more profitable both for production, marketing and consumption, improving quality standards to meet the needs and demands of the final consumer. Finally, I hope that the content of this document is useful for people interested in learning about the development of livestock, of the Municipality, and that, in addition, it serves as a contribution and technical support, in order to be able to contribute to the collection bibliographic of our profession, and serve as a reference to those who exercise this activity mainly in the Municipality of Morelia, Michoacán.

El sector primario, es importante a nivel mundial, ya que sigue siendo parte fundamental para la producción de materias primas y alimentos en el mundo, en los países desarrollados que adoptan como estrategia principal para su desarrollo, la producción de bienes y servicios en sus diferentes ramas como son: la agricultura, ganadería, silvicultura y pesca, que históricamente y hasta la época moderna actual, sigue siendo la base de la economía de cada país y consecuentemente, significa la columna vertebral de su crecimiento y desarrollo, que de manera sustentable se incluye a la ganadería como una de las ramas que pertenece a este sector, y que integra el sistema alimentario de las sociedades y la nuestra. La referencia histórica, que en esta investigación se presenta es en relación al Municipio de Morelia Michoacán, y en la medida de su evolución cada vez se complica el poder estandarizar los satisfactores de nuestras necesidades potenciales y estabilizar coordinadamente entre cada una de las variables en establecer la relación directa entre la producción ganadera y la oferta y la demanda, encontrando precios preferenciales que estén al alcance de la población y que permita garantizar de manera estratégica el consumo de carne interno en el Estado y Municipio, para hacer a esta actividad cada vez más rentable tanto para la producción, comercialización y el consumo, mejorando los estándares de calidad para satisfacer las necesidades y exigencias del consumidor final. Por último, espero que el contenido del presente documento, sea de utilidad para las personas con interés de conocer el desarrollo de la ganadería, del Municipio, y que, además, sirva de aporte y soporte técnico, con la finalidad de poder contribuir al acervo bibliográfico de nuestra profesión, y sirva de consulta a quienes ejerzan esta actividad fundamentalmente en el Municipio de Morelia, Michoacán.
