Efecto del butirato de sodio y vitamina D sobre la invasión de Staphylococcus aureus en células epiteliales mamarias bovinas

Abstract

Based on the fact that bovine mastitis is a pathology of the mammary gland and that certain molecules of bovine milk (eg vitamins and fatty acids) modulate components of the immune system (eg induction of the expression of antimicrobial peptides), in this work evaluated the effect of the joint participation of sodium butyrate and vitamin D in the invasion of CEMB by Staphylococcus aureus.

En base a que la mastitis bovina es una patología de la glándula mamaria y de que ciertas moléculas de la leche bovina (ej. vitamina y ácidos grasos) modulan componentes del sistema inmune (ej. inducción de la expresión de péptidos antimicrobianos), en este trabajó se evaluó el efecto de la participación conjunta del butirato de sodio y la vitamina D en la invasión de CEMB por Staphylococcus aureus.
