Proyecto de inversión en bovinos de doble propósito en sistema extensiva en Ocosingo, Chiapas

Abstract

The main objective of the elaboration of this project is to calculate the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of the same, this in the rehabilitation of an agricultural company destined mainly to the breeding and sale of cattle on foot, the rehabilitation in order to increase the profitability , generating with this activity income derived from the exploitation of dual-purpose bovine cattle of the Zebu-brown Swiss cross, a better and greater use of the soil and agricultural products, with this it will be tried to obtain animals that produce meat of excellent quality that is what the internal and external markets demand. For the implementation of this project, there is sufficient and well-located land for the construction of the facilities, in addition to the availability of water throughout the year and electricity within a short distance. It is estimated that an investment of $115,747.00 is required. With the fattening of steers, it is intended to obtain annual income of more than $243,900.00 pesos. The fattening of steers will be increased in the fourth year to 50 heads. The financial evaluation shows us an Internal Rate of Return of 32% and the Net Present Value is $76, 240.00, therefore it reflects reliability in the project. Therefore, its execution was recommended.

El objetivo principal de la elaboración de este proyecto es calcular las ventajas y desventajas en la implementación del mismo, esto en la rehabilitación de una empresa agropecuaria destinada principalmente a la cría y venta de bovinos en pie, la rehabilitación con el fin de incrementar la rentabilidad, generando con esta actividad ingresos derivados de la explotación de ganado bovino de doble propósito de la cruza de cebú-pardo suizo, un mejor y mayor aprovechamiento del suelo y productos agrícolas, con esto se pretenderá obtener animales productoras de carne de excelente calidad que es lo que demandan los mercados internos y externos. Para la implementación de este proyecto se cuenta con terreno suficiente y bien ubicado para la construcción de las instalaciones, además de que se tiene una disposición de agua en todo el año y electricidad a corta distancia. Se estima que se requiere una inversión de $115, 747.00. Con la engorda de novillos se pretende obtener ingresos anuales superiores a los $ 243,900.00 pesos. Se incrementará la engorda de novillos en el cuarto año a 50 cabezas. La evaluación financiera nos muestra una Tasa Interna de Rentabilidad de 32% y el Valor Actual Neto es de $76, 240.00 por ello nos refleja confiabilidad en el proyecto. Por tanto, se recomendó su ejecución.
