Resumen : | The objective of this research was to identify the presence of helminth endoparasites in goats (Capra hircus) Tarímbaro Township, Michoacán. 8 herds of goats of different race (most Creole), age, body condition, sex and weight were sampled. feces directly from the rectum of the animal were collected. Helminth endoparasites identification was performed using the qualitative technique Flotation and quantitative technique McMaster five exploratory autopsies were performed. With a total of 120 stool samples goat was found that 90 of the 120 had endoparasitic helminth eggs of different species. 5 autopsies that were conducted in 3 helminth endoparasites found. The genera of gastrointestinal helminths were identified: Ostertagia spp, Trichostrongylus spp, Chabertia spp and Haemonchus spp. It is concluded that in the municipality of Tarímbaro Michoacán most goats muestradas in this study are parasitized by five different genera of gastrointestinal helminths, among which are: Ostertagia spp, Trichostrongylus spp, Chabertia spp, Haemonchus spp and Moniezia spp, regardless of age and sex. El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar la presencia de endoparásitos helmintos en el ganado caprino (Capra hircus) del municipio de Tarímbaro, Michoacán. Se muestrearon 8 hatos de cabras de diferente raza (la mayoría criollas), edad, condición corporal, sexo y peso. Se recolectaron heces directamente del recto del animal. La identificación de endoparásitos helmintos se realizó mediante la Técnica cualitativa de Flotación y la técnica cuantitativa de McMaster, también se realizaron cinco necropsias exploratorias. Con un total de 120 muestras de heces de cabra se encontró, que 90 de las 120 presentaban huevecillos de endoparásitos helmintos de diferente especie. Las 5 necropsias que se realizaron en 3 se encontraron endoparásitos helmintos. Los géneros identificados de helmintos gastrointestinales fueron: Ostertagia spp, Trichostrongylus spp, Chabertia spp y Haemonchus spp. Se concluye que en el Municipio de Tarímbaro Michoacán la mayoría de las cabras muestradas en este estudio se encuentran parasitadas por cinco diferentes géneros de helmintos gastrointestinales, entre los cuales se encuentran: Ostertagia spp, Trichostrongylus spp, Chabertia spp, Haemonchus spp y Moniezia spp, sin importar edad y sexo. |
