The following paper it’s about the importance in the poultry farming and public health of the correct management of additives, antibiotics, coccidiostatic and general nutrition for this reason through out time poultry scientists have done a series of investigations on how it affects the different stages of its development of the intestines of the bird from his embryonic stages until post hatch , what consequences may cause to eliminate medical treatment completely, the use of anti microbial what impact does it have on the development of the gastrointestinal gut function , related to its growth, nutrient absorption and the development of the immune system. The issue of the nutritional effects include the effects of the anti nutrients, none nutrients, toxins and microflora of the gut health and growth of the chick. Furthermore its know that for merchants of broilers it’s especially important the fact that the mechanism of absorption and digestion of the chicks can be stimulated towards a maturation by means of early feedings as well a delay. The feeding can prevent the development of the absorbent functions. The environmental influences can also play and important role in the growth of poultry, caloric stress can reduce the range of growth and the efficiency of conversion on broilers, this effects are mainly attribute to the hyperthermia induce, wish leads to a decrease of feed intake, depression on growth can be mediated with the metabolic association and endocrine answer. It’s important to take in count all this factors mention for the correct development and a healthy gut function, so that the poultry farmer can have a successful production free of disease and with a low rate of mortality and adequate weighting for marketing.

El siguiente trabajo trata sobre la importancia que tiene para la comunidad avícola y la salud publica el control adecuado de aditivos, antibióticos, cocciodiostaticos y nutrición en general por esta razón atreves del tiempo los científicos avícolas han hecho una serie de investigaciones el del como afecta las diferentes etapas del desarrollo del intestino del ave desde que esta en forma embrionaria hasta post nacimiento que consecuencias causa el retiro de medicamentos el uso de anti microbiales como afecta el desarrollo del tracto gastrointestinal su función relacionada con el crecimiento , absorción de nutrientes y el desarrollo inmune. El tema de los efectos nutricionales incluye los efectos de los anti nutrientes, no nutrientes o toxinas y micro- flora en la salud intestinal y crecimiento del ave. Tiene especial importancia para los comerciantes de pollos el hecho de que los mecanismos de absorción y digestión de los polluelos pueden ser estimulados hacia una maduración por medio de una alimentación precoz y así mismo un retraso en la alimentación puede impedir el desarrollo de las funciones absorbentes .Los factores ambientales también juegan un gran papel en el crecimiento de las aves, el estrés calórico reduce el índice de crecimiento y la eficiencia de conversión en pollos de engorda, estos efectos son en parte atribuidos, a la hipertermia inducida que lleva a un decremento de ingesta de alimento, depresión del crecimiento puede ser directamente mediada con la asociación metabólica y respuestas endocrinas .Es importante tomar en cuenta todos los factores mencionados para que el ave desarrolle una función intestinal saludable y el avicultor tenga una producción exitosa libre de enfermedades y con una baja mortalidad y pesajes adecuados para la comercialización.
