Parámetros fisicoquímicos de la leche que llega al centro de acopio LICONSA en Álvaro Obregón, Michoacán en el período diciembre 2014-septiembre 2015

Abstract

This research was developed in the Centre of gathering Liconsa of Álvaro Obregón, Michoacán during the period December 2014- September 2015, were established the parameters in winch the milk should be accepted and discussed the values in which the milk reached agreement producer, forming a data base to be studied at the end of the period. Milk is a product of natural secretion of the mammary gland of healthy cattle, obtained by milking, the milk quality is measured by parameters such as fat, somatic cells, proteins, among others. The quality and volume are very linked to each other and are affected by environmental, nutritional, and genetic factors.

Esta investigación se desarrollo en el centro de acopio Liconsa de Álvaro Obregón, Michoacán durante el periodo diciembre 2014- septiembre 2015, se establecieron los parámetros en los que la leche debería ser aceptada y se analizaron los valores en los que la leche llegaba de acuerdo al productor, formando una base de datos para ser estudiados al final del periodo. La leche es un producto de secreción natural de la glándula mamaria de los bovinos sanos, obtenida por el ordeño, la calidad de la leche se mide por parámetros como la grasa, células somáticas, proteínas entre otras. La calidad y el volumen están muy ligados entre sí y se ven afectados por factores ambientales, nutricionales y genéticos.
