Restauración de la clínica veterinaria "Edmons" en la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The present work is the result of an investigation that allows us to analyze the conditions in which the Veterinary Clinic EDMONS is located, valuing from its infrastructure to the services and the quality with which they are offered. The project arose in response to the high competition presented by the Veterinary Clinics in the City of Morelia and the need to offer veterinary services, in order to provide better care and provide veterinary services that ensure an effective diagnosis to pets and have special treatment in their care and protection against diseases. The importance of this project is that there is enough competition in the region and that it is necessary to strengthen the trade and prestige of the veterinary EDMONS. On the other hand, the location facilitates the access of the clients to the clinic since the veterinarian is in a highly traveled site. An analysis of the infrastructure, services and products offered in the veterinarian is presented, showing the deficiencies of the place with the help of the SWOT analysis to later give a feasible solution to these possible deficiencies.

El presente trabajo es el resultado de una investigación que nos permite analizar las condiciones en las que la Clínica Veterinaria EDMONS se encuentra, valorando desde su infraestructura hasta los servicios y la calidad con las que se ofrecen estos. El proyecto surgió como respuesta a la alta competencia que presentan las Clínicas Veterinarias en la Ciudad de Morelia y a la necesidad de ofrecer servicios veterinarios, con la finalidad de brindar una mejor atención y otorgar servicios veterinarios que garanticen un diagnóstico efectivo a las mascotas y que las mismas tengan un trato especial en su cuidado y protección contra enfermedades. La importancia de este proyecto radica en que existe bastante competencia en la región y que es necesario fortalecer el comercio y prestigio de la veterinaria EDMONS. Por otro lado, la ubicación facilita el acceso de los clientes a la clínica ya que la veterinaria se encuentra en un sitio sumamente transitado. Se presenta un análisis de la infraestructura, servicios y productos que se ofrecen en la veterinaria, mostrando las deficiencias del lugar con ayuda del análisis FODA para posteriormente darle una solución factible a estas posibles deficiencias.
