Caracterización de la tuberculosis bovina en el rastro municipal de Uruapan, Michoacán

Abstract

The Bovine tuberculosis (TB) it’s a disease Infectious contagious of Chronical course Caused by Mycobacterium bovis that it affects to livestock bovine, Goats, Sheep, Swine, birds, Canine, Felines, other Wild mammals and to human, it Characterizes by the formation of Granulomas or Tubers distributed in different body organs. Its consider zoonosis for being transmissible to man, who contracts when ingesting contaminated meat, manipulate channels, contaminated dairy products and unpasteurized, or good, by a direct contact with the animals infected, the human being can infect livestock bovines through aerosol sprays. The present work was performed in the trail Municipal of Uruapan, Michoacán that is located in the highway Uruapan- blue beach, known as “the hills Ranch”. The work it has been made in two moments: First of all, It was collected the information of existing records in the trail Municipal, of the bovines sacrificed through the period that corresponds of the year 2011 to 2016, the information was processed and tabulated, determining the bovine sacrificed by the year, suspects to TB, sex of the suspects, the positive of the suspects and the totals of the period. The second moment consists in attendance to that trail municipal through the period understood of the month of September to December of 2016, for direct observation of sacrificed process, for which it’s needed the following materials: Overalls, Plastic boots, Knife, Hook, Notebook, and Pencil. It’s made a restatement about the facilities Staff working and the Work and the Inspection of channels to check the presents of the Bovine tuberculosis. The disease has taken part of the lasts years on the trail municipal.

La Tuberculosis Bovina (TB) es una enfermedad infectocontagiosa de curso crónico causada por Mycobacterium bovis que afecta a ganado bovino, caprinos, ovinos, porcinos, aves, caninos, felinos, otros mamíferos silvestres y al hombre; se caracteriza por la formación de granulomas o tubérculos distribuidos en distintos órganos del cuerpo. Es considerada zoonosis por ser transmisible al hombre; quien la contrae al ingerir carne contaminada, manipular las canales, productos lácteos contaminados y no pasteurizados, o bien, por el contacto directo con los animales infectados, los seres humanos pueden contagiar al ganado bovino a través de aerosoles. El presente trabajo se realizó en el rastro municipal de Uruapan, Michoacán que está ubicado en la carretera Uruapan- Playa azul, conocido como “Rancho La Loma”. El trabajo se realizó en dos momentos: primeramente, se recabó la información de registros existentes en el rastro municipal, de los bovinos sacrificados durante el período que corresponde del año 2011 al 2016, se procesó la información y se tabuló, determinando los bovinos sacrificados por año, sospechosos a Tb, sexo de los sospechosos, los positivos de los sospechosos y los totales del período. El segundo momento consistió en la asistencia a dicho rastro municipal durante el período comprendido del mes de septiembre a diciembre del 2016, para la observación directa del proceso de sacrificio, para la cual se necesitaron los siguientes materiales: Overol, Botas plásticas, cuchillo, gancho, libreta y lápiz. Se hace reseña de: instalaciones, personal que labora y la faena e inspección de las canales para identificar la presencia de Tuberculosis bovina. Esta enfermedad ha tomado presencia en los últimos años en este rastro municipal.
