Proyecto de inversión para establecer una granja lechera, ubicar una planta procesadora y posicionar una marca registrada de productos lácteos en Atzimbo, Michoacán

Abstract

This project consists of establishing a dairy farm in Atzimbo, Municipality of Quiroga, Michoacán. In which there will be dairy cattle (Holstein). Local producers will be helped and benefited to face the main problem in the area, the price at which they are paid a liter of milk, since this is very low, being 5.5 MXN per liter. In this understanding, the main beneficiaries of the project will be the formulator of this project, the small-scale producers that currently exist in the Atzimbo ranch, because their income will increase for each liter of milk produced in their herds. The needs to be satisfied with this project is to improve the economy of the producers and the inhabitants of the rancheria. This is intended to be done once the registered brand of dairy products has been formally established and positioned, to provide a solution to the economy and market problems of small producers. By carrying out this project, it is intended to learn more about the problems faced by producers, such as the low prices they receive in exchange for the milk they produce in their herds.

El presente proyecto consta de establecer una granja lechera en Atzimbo, Municipio de Quiroga, Michoacán. En la cual se tendrá ganado productor de leche (Holstein). Se ayudará y beneficiara a los productores locales a enfrentar la principal problemática que hay en la zona, el precio al que les es pagado el litro de leche, ya que este es muy bajo, siendo de 5.5 MXN por litro. En este entendido, los principales beneficiados del proyecto será el formulador de este proyecto, los productores a pequeña escala que actualmente hay en la ranchería de Atzimbo, debido a que sus ingresos aumentarán por cada litro de leche producido en sus hatos. Las necesidades a satisfacer con este proyecto es mejorar la economía de los productores y los habitantes de la ranchería. Esto se busca realizar una vez que se haya establecido y posicionado formalmente la marca registrada de los productos lácteos, para darle solución a la economía y problemática del mercado de los pequeños productores. Al llevar a cabo este proyecto, se pretende conocer más a fondo la problemática que enfrentan los productores, tales como son los precios bajos que reciben a cambio de la leche que producen en sus hatos.
