Los conflictos por la tierra en Urén, municipio de Chilchota, y sus repercusiones en el manejo del territorio. (1902-1984)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study land conflicts in the community of Urén, municipality of Chilchota, and their repercussions on the management of their territory. 1902-1984. However, to have greater clarity on the issue of conflict over land in the Cañada de los Once Pueblos, we will resort to the colonial precedent, where we locate the origin of the problem due to the limits of communal lands. Taking a tour of the 19th and 20th century, we find that the indigenous communities of La Cañada have not been oblivious to the land problem, which is why we analyze these events from the local level, to later particularize in the Cañada de los Once Towns. The importance of studying land conflicts and their repercussions on land management lies in the fact that the problems of land conflicts in Urén have been and are present throughout its history. Its investigation is transcendental, because endless problems arise from these conflicts for its inhabitants, in addition to those caused to its municipal, local and federal authorities. What is worrying is that these difficulties due to boundaries have led to mismanagement of territory, hence the importance of its study. The investigation is essential for the inhabitants of the Cañada de los Once Pueblos, but also for anyone who is interested in understanding a little more about how complex this situation is. He said that it is significant because in the middle of the 20th century, there are still problems due to the inaccuracy of the limits that correspond to each one of the communities, these inaccuracies have their origin in the 16th century, with the so-called congregations of the towns.

El presente estudio tiene como finalidad estudiar los conflictos por la tierra en la comunidad de Urén municipio de Chilchota, y sus repercusiones en el manejo de su territorio. 1902-1984. sin embargo para tener mayor claridad sobre el tema de conflicto por la tierra en la Cañada de los Once Pueblos, recurriremos al antecedente colonial, donde nosotros ubicamos el origen del problema por los límites de las tierras comunales. Haciendo un recorrido por el siglo XIX y XX, encontramos que las comunidades indígenas de la Cañada no han estado ajenas al problema por la tierra, es por ello que nosotros analizamos estos acontecimientos desde el plano local, para posteriormente particularizar en la Cañada de los Once Pueblos. La importancia del estudio de los conflictos por la tierra y sus repercusiones en el manejo del territorio, radica en que las problemáticas por conflictos de tierra en Urén han estado y están presentes durante toda su historia. Es trascendental su investigación, porque de dichos conflictos se desprende un sin fin de problemas para sus habitantes, además de los causados a sus autoridades municipales, locales y federales, lo preocupante es que de estas dificultades por linderos se ha desprendido un mal manejo de su territorio, de ahí la importancia de su estudio. La investigación resulta indispensable para los habitantes de la Cañada de lo Once Pueblos, pero además para todo aquel que se interese en entender un poco más, acerca de lo complejo que resulta dicha situación. Decía que es significativo porque en pleno siglo XX, se sigue teniendo problemas por la imprecisión de los límites que corresponde a cada una de las comunidades, estas imprecisiones tienen su origen en el siglo XVI, con las llamadas congregaciones de los pueblos.
