Catálogo documental. Archivo histórico de la Secretaría de Educación en el estado serie: registro de títulos subserie: abogados y/o licenciados en derecho (1953-1974).

Abstract

The Historical Archive of the Secretary of Education in the State of Michoacán (AHSEE) was founded on March 24, 1993, with the purpose of safeguarding the valuable documentary heritage that testifies to the state educational heritage from government academic institutions, and is maintained open, to receive documentation from the contemporary offices of the educational sector. The AHSEE is made up of information sources with an approximate volume of 650 linear meters, -about twenty tons- which constitute evidence, testimonies, the "traces of the acts" and memory of the historical evolution of our Michoacan society. The AHSEE, since its creation, has had the purpose of providing useful forms of consultation of the funds it has in custody, through catalogs and guides, to facilitate researchers, historians and university students, the essential heuristic work in any process of investigation. In this sense, the documentary catalogs are the result of a specialized technical operation, consisting of the systematization and purification of the files under an agreed order, without which, the work of consultation of the interested parties would be significantly hindered.

El Archivo Histórico de la Secretaría de Educación en el Estado de Michoacán (AHSEE) se fundó el 24 de marzo de 1993, con la finalidad de custodiar el valioso acervo documental que testifica el patrimonio educativo estatal proveniente de las instituciones académicas gubernamentales, y se mantiene abierto, a recibir documentación proveniente de las oficinas contemporáneas del sector educativo. El AHSEE, está integrado por fuentes de información con un volumen aproximado de 650 metros lineales, -alrededor de unas veinte toneladas- las cuales, constituyen pruebas, testimonios, las “huellas de los actos” y memoria del devenir histórico de nuestra sociedad michoacana. El AHSEE desde su creación, ha tenido la finalidad de proporcionar formas útiles de consulta de los fondos que tiene en custodia, a través de catálogos y guías, para facilitar a los investigadores, historiadores y estudiantes universitarios, la labor heurística indispensable en todo proceso de investigación. En este sentido, los catálogos documentales constituyen el resultado de una operación técnica especializada, consistente en la sistematización y depuración de los expedientes bajo un orden consensuado, sin el cual, se entorpecerían notablemente las labores de consulta de los interesados.
