Catálogo documental Tomo III: De la subserie fundación y/o federalización de escuelas archivo histórico de la Secretaría de Educación en el Estado de Michoacán.

Abstract

This work will account, together with the three documentary catalogs already presented, of the administrative historical process that was followed, both for the foundation and for the federalization of primary schools in the State of Michoacán. The extreme dates contained in the documentation analyzed in this volume range from the year 1940 to 1984, which according to the ISAD (G) General International Archival Description Standard "includes the period during which the documentation included in the description unit, or that is part of it, has been collected by its producer", that is, they are those dates that indicate the start and end times of the files regardless of the date of the documents provided as background. This third volume consists of six sections, the first deals in a general way with the creation of the Historical Archive and the description of the existing collection. The second is dedicated to the Documentary Catalogue, in addition to establishing the methodology and archival criteria required in this study. The third section presents a historical review of the process of Federalization of Elementary Schools and its conclusions.

Este trabajo dará cuenta junto con los tres catálogos documentales ya presentados del trámite histórico administrativo que se siguió, tanto para la fundación como para la federalización de escuelas primarias en el Estado de Michoacán. Las fechas extremas que contiene la documentación analizados en el presente tomo va del año de 1940 a 1984 que de acuerdo a la Norma Internacional General de descripción Archivística ISAD (G) “comprende el periodo durante el cual la documentación incluida en la unidad de descripción, o que forma parte de ella, ha sido reunida por su productor”, es decir, son aquellas fechas que indican el momento de inicio y conclusión de los expedientes con independencia de la fecha de los documentos aportados como antecedente. Este tercer tomo consta de seis apartados el primero aborda de manera general la creación del Archivo Histórico y la descripción del acervo existente. El segundo está dedicado al Catálogo Documental, además de establecer la metodología y los criterios archivísticos requeridos en este estudio. En el tercer apartado se presenta una reseña histórica del proceso de Federalización de Escuelas Primarias y sus conclusiones.
