Migración en Churumuco estudio de caso en las localidades de cimientos y guayacán (1992-2007)

Abstract

The topic to be investigated is the international migration that takes place in the rural towns of Cimientos and Guayacán in the municipality of Churumuco Michoacán. In which I will announce that among the main causes that arise and cause migration are: shortage of public services, low level of economic development, infrastructure of: roads, drinking water, drainage, electricity, type of housing insecure that includes the floor and roof, backwardness in the educational level, scarcity of health services, lack of employment, low wages, extreme poverty, marginalization, lack of support and government credits. The people who face this movement are: peasants, fishermen, farmers alone or in the company of their wives and young people. They are characterized by being illegal, temporary with a low educational level, who go in search of a job, with the main objective of improving their standard of living, employing themselves in jobs such as: construction, agriculture and domestic services. Within said municipality and its two localities to investigate migration is carried out by groups and individually. The latter occurs when the person migrated one or two more times, that is, when they already have certain knowledge and have established contacts on social networks that allow them financial support, to finance travel expenses, accommodation, and even provide help. In looking for work, they also have determined and located the "coyote" that will be in charge of passing them. By groups, it occurs when they leave for the first time with the help of a relative, friend or countryman who has migrated several times, from whom they take advantage of their return to request information on travel routes, prices of the "coyote" and working conditions and Above all, they serve as company and guide to people who leave for the first time. The time they use is temporary because many times they leave for a short time in which they intend to cover a need, accumulated debts, support the family, and even acquire some furniture and property.

El tema a investigar es la migración internacional que se efectúa en las localidades rurales de Cimientos y Guayacán en el municipio de Churumuco Michoacán. En la cual daré a conocer que dentro de las principales causas que se presentan y provocan la migración son: escasez de servicios públicos, el bajo nivel de desarrollo económico, la infraestructura de: carreteras, agua potable, drenaje, energía eléctrica, tipo de vivienda insegura que incluye el piso y techo, atraso en el nivel educativo, escasez de servicios de salud, falta de empleo, salarios bajos, pobreza extrema, marginación, falta de apoyos y créditos gubernamentales. Las personas que se enfrentan a dicho movimiento son: campesinos, pescadores, agricultores solos o en compañía de sus esposas y jóvenes. Se caracterizan por ser ilegales, temporales con un bajo nivel educativo, que van en busca de un empleo, llevando como principal objetivo mejorar su nivel de vida, empleándose en trabajos como: la construcción, la agricultura y servicios domésticos. Dentro de dicho municipio y sus dos localidades a investigar la migración se realiza por grupos y de manera individual. Esta última se presenta cuando la persona migró una, o dos veces más, es decir cuando ya tiene cierto conocimiento y establecido los contactos de las redes sociales que les permiten apoyo económico, para financiar los gastos del viaje, alojamiento, e incluso les brindan ayuda en buscar trabajo, además tienen determinado y ubicado el “coyote” que se encargará de pasarlos. Por grupos se presenta cuando se van por primera vez con ayuda de algún pariente, amigo o paisano que ha migrado varias veces, del cual aprovechan su regreso para solicitarle información sobre las rutas del viaje, precios del “coyote” y las condiciones de trabajo y sobre todo les sirven de compañía y guía a las personas que se van por primera vez. El tiempo que utilizan es de forma temporal porque muchas veces se van por un tiempo corto en el que pretenden, cubrir una necesidad, deudas acumuladas, la manutención de la familia, e incluso adquirir algún mueble e inmueble.
