Abstract

When making a Documentary Catalog, it corresponds to the need to disseminate and support the information contained in the diverse and multiple archives of our Country and State, to rescue in a useful way and with a greater benefit these "distribution" documents in order to legitimize the lands that they are in disuse. It is also important to highlight the national value of these archives, taking into account that they are part of our history and that through them we can transcend to new generations. While making this catalog, I was able to observe and sadly realize that unfortunately several of the archives do not have the necessary and adequate facilities to safeguard these documents, it is important to be aware of the utmost importance for the country to preserve and disseminate these monographic writings. This work, in addition to contributing to providing a better preservation of the original documents, will make it easier for researchers to locate the information in their research and dissemination of the historical documentary heritage, where they will no longer have the need to resort to the original writings, and in this way we can better preserve the use of documents, by avoiding their direct manipulation.

Al realizar un Catalogo Documental, corresponde a la necesidad de difundir y respaldar la información que contienen los diversos y múltiples archivos de nuestro País y Estado, rescatar de manera útil y con un mayor beneficio estos documentos de “reparto” para poder legitimar las tierras que se encuentran en desuso. También es importante resaltar, el valor nacional, de estos archivos, tomando en cuenta, que forman parte de nuestra historia y que por medio de ellos, podemos trascender en nuevas generaciones. Al estar realizando este catalogo, pude observar y con tristeza darme cuenta, que desafortunadamente varios de los archivos, no tienen las instalaciones necesarias y adecuadas, para resguardar estos documentos, es importante tomar conciencia, de la suma importancia que es para la patria, conservar y difundir estos escritos monográficos. Este trabajo, además de contribuir a brindar una mejor conservación de los documentos originales, facilitará a los investigadores la localización de la información en su labor de investigación y difusión del acervo histórico documental, donde ya no tendrán la necesidad de recurrir a los escritos originales, y de esta manera podremos conservar mejor el uso de los documentos, al evitarse su manipulación directa.
