Zusammenfassung: The legal hermeneutics understood as the meaning that the law has, is the basis for the legal system and its repercussions in reality, currently has a hegemonic origin initiated in Greece and a counter-hegemonic initiated with the method of Friedrich Schleiermacher, this has last, the second, is the existentialism of Martin Heidegger, to pass thus in the current hermeneutical turn that currently influences the science of Europe and America, the turn of the argumentative dialogical community, with authors such as Jurgen Habermas, George Gadamer and Karl- Otto Apel. But there is the possibility of a shift towards the transcendentality of the real, as well as the first and last Karl-Otto Apel with his book Paradigms of the first philosophy, but nobody like Xavier Zubiri in the 60s until 1980-1983, with his metaphysics mature, where he raised, at the same time, the intelligence, the theory of the Spanish author, is capable of giving another meaning, for that reason, legal, alternative hermeneutics, which favors a closer right. The real (or transcendentality). This is a hermeneutical turn, it has influenced the philosophy for liberation, as well as the philosophical basis, for Ibero-American philosophy, in the form of starting in 1492 and in the meeting of cultures, in the Bartolome de las Casas . His Iberoamerican juridical this hermeneutics was formed from Hispanic-American and Latin-American legal hermeneutics, pending the future study of the pre-American legal hermeneutics, to be able to propose a legal hermeneutics for the region.
