Producción y comercialización de sal en la costa de Michoacán

Abstract

The historian's job is not to let historical memory die, what our eyes did not see but which were witnesses through the voices of men, women and articles that transport us with the five senses to the reasoning of a cultural expression, as it is intended. in this dissertation to understand the history of salt on the Michoacan coast. In this document, what I intend is to account for the production and commercialization of salt whose importance lies in having historical elements that allow us to understand the wealth that exists in the creativity and organization of the inhabitants of Maquilí, as well as the monetary and cultural value that salt represents in the region. I also want to give an account of how a production system was altered by the crisis that occurred in the eighties and that later supported the industrialization of this precious mineral.

La labor del historiador es no dejar morir la memoria histórica, aquello que nuestros ojos no vieron pero que por las voces de hombres, mujeres y artículos fueron testigos que nos transportan con los cincos sentidos al raciocinio de una expresión cultural, tal y como se pretende en esta tesina para comprender la historia de la sal en la costa michoacana. En el presente documento lo que pretendo es dar cuenta de la producción y comercialización de sal cuya importancia reside en tener elementos históricos que nos permitan comprender la riqueza que existe en la creatividad y organización de los pobladores de Maquilí, así como el valor monetario y cultural que la sal representa en la región. También quiero dar cuenta de cómo un sistema de producción se vio alterado por la crisis que se presentó en los años ochentas y que posteriormente apuntaló para la industrialización del preciado mineral.
