Abstract

The present work entitled documentary catalogue of the historical archive of the Cathedral of Morelia, main temple, eclesiastical, chapter section, proceedings of cabildo, book 51, number 1831-1833 corresponds to a need of the archives to facilitate the search for information contained in the documentary collections. Was prepared on the basis of the ISAD-G, cataloging Standard international General of archival description, abbreviations in English and based on a tab model resulting from this a total of 774 sheets. Various are the main topics covered by this book, among which stand out: convocatorios edicts, patitur, takes possession, appointments, administration of tithes, liens, bonds, requests of different types; sales of houses, salary increases, reports, accounts, communication with the councils in different States, communication with the State and Federal Government, issues related to educational institutions: the College of San Nicolás, School ofLetters, School Seminar and issues related to the hospital of Santa Fe. This catalogue consists of the following parts. Brief history of the Cathedral of Morelia File: Mentions a brief history of the file. Historical context of the cathedral chapter of Morelia 19th century: Drafting of the situation the Council through to the 19th century, in particular in the period from 1831 to 1833. Tabs catalograficas : List of sheets of book 51 from 1831 to 1833. Index of names: Index that includes the names of people who appear in the tabs. Geographical index: Relationship that includes the places that are on the tabs of the book 51. Subject index: Relationship of issues that were dealt with in the Council of 22 June 1831 to 07 June 1833. Glossary: Listed the most commonly used along with its meaning. El presente trabajo titulado catálogo documental del archivo histórico de la catedral de Morelia, fondo eclesiástico, sección capitular, serie actas de cabildo, libro 51, 1831-1833 corresponde a una necesidad de los archivos históricos para facilitar la búsqueda de información que contiene dichos acervos documentales. Se elaboró la catalogación en base a la ISAD-G, Norma Internacional General de Descripción archivística, siglas en inglés y en base a una ficha modelo resultando de ello un total de 774 fichas. Diversos son los temas principales que abarca este libro, de los cuales destacan: edictos convocatorios, patitur, tomas de posesión, nombramientos, administración de diezmos, embargos, fianzas, peticiones de diferentes tipos; ventas de casas, aumentos de sueldos, informes, cuentas, comunicación con otros cabildos en diferentes Estados, comunicación con el gobierno Estatal y Federal, asuntos relacionados con instituciones educativas: el Colegio de San Nicolás, Escuela de Primeras Letras, Colegio Seminario y asuntos referentes al hospital de Santa Fe. El presente catálogo se integra de las siguientes partes. Reseña histórica del Archivo Catedral de Morelia: Menciona una breve historia del archivo. Contexto histórico del cabildo catedral de Morelia siglo XIX: Redacción de la situación que atravesaba el Cabildo para el siglo XIX, en específico en el periodo de 1831 a 1833.
