Catálogo documental: Distrito judicial de Morelia, juzgado primero penal: 1904-1907

Abstract

This work entitled: Catalog Documentary: Judicial District of Morelia, First Criminal Court. 1904-1907; It meets the need of the historical archives to facilitate the search for information that host these stocks, in this case we speak of the Historical Archives of the Judiciary of the State of Michoacan. he documentation was prepared based on the International General Standard Archival Description (ISAD-G); It was also taken as a reference model that uses the File tab of the Judiciary. 556 is the total number of cases examined; which comprise matters criminal, highlighting the following issues: injuries, theft, possession of a prohibited weapon, death, fight, breach of trust, outrages to the authority, among others. The catalog is structured as follows: first an introduction detailing generally work took shape; once the objectives pursued were added; The next segment is the contextualization of the work period (1904-1907), followed by the history of the Supreme Court and the Judicial District of Morelia and the First Criminal Court. Besides the 556 catalog cards, indexes (toponímico, honomastico and crime), graphics, images, glossary and reference sources were annexed.

El presente trabajo titulado: Catálogo Documental: Distrito Judicial de Morelia, Juzgado Primero Penal. 1904-1907.; corresponde a la necesidad de los archivos históricos para facilitar la búsqueda de información que albergan dichos acervos, en este caso hablamos del Archivo Histórico del Poder Judicial de Estado de Michoacán. La catalogación fue elaborada en base a la Norma Internacional General de Descripcion Archivistica (ISAD-G); también se tomó como referencia la ficha modelo que utiliza el Archivo del Poder Judicial. 556 es el total de expedientes analizados; los cuales comprenden asuntos de índole penal, resaltando las siguientes temáticas: lesiones, robo, portación de arma prohibida, defunciones, riña, abuso de confianza, ultrajes a la autoridad, entre otros. El catálogo se encuentra estructurado de la siguiente manera: primero se plasmó una introducción que detalla de manera general el trabajo; enseguida se agregaron los objetivos que se persiguen; el siguiente segmento consiste en la contextualización del periodo de trabajo (1904-1907), seguido de la historia del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia, así como del Distrito Judicial de Morelia y del Juzgado Primero Penal. Además se anexaron las 556 fichas catalográficas, índices (toponímico, onomastico y temático), gráficos, imágenes, un glosario y las fuentes de consulta.
