Abstract

This documentary catalog describes the documents contained in books 1 to 13 of the Series: Cabildo Book of Records, Section: Secretary, Fund: H. City Hall of Huetamo Michoacán, corresponding to the years 1967-2004, Protected in the Historical Archive of Huetamo "Gral. Jesús Millán Nava "(AHMH), minutes generated by the agreements taken at the sessions of the Cabildo de Huetamo, produced by the Huetamo Michoacán City Hall Secretariat. The theoretical part deals with aspects such as the justification, objectives, methodology and archival technique required for this work. Two studies are included, the first corresponds to A.H.M.H. For being the depository that protects the fund and the second refers to the municipality where the collection is located, that is, to the "Geography, History and Culture of Huetamo". Also included is the historical essay "Analysis of the Cabildo, the City Council and the territorial conformation of the Municipality in Huetamo". The technical part corresponds to 506 catalog cards and several annexes that complement the information described.

En el presente catálogo documental, se describen los documentos contenidos en los libros del 1 al 13 de la Serie: Libros de Actas de Cabildo, Sección: Secretaria, Fondo: H. Ayuntamiento de Huetamo Michoacán, correspondiente a los años de 1967-2004, resguardada en el Archivo Histórico Municipal de Huetamo “Gral. Jesús Millán Nava” (AHMH), actas generadas por los acuerdos tomados en las sesiones del Cabildo de Huetamo, producidos por la Secretaría del Ayuntamiento de Huetamo Michoacán. En la parte teórica se abordan aspectos como la justificación, objetivos, metodología y técnica archivística necesaria para este trabajo. Se incluyen dos estudios, el primero corresponde al A.H.M.H. por ser la entidad depositaria que resguarda el fondo y el segundo se refiere al municipio donde se encuentra el acervo, es decir, a la “Geografía, Historia y Cultura de Huetamo”. Además se incluye el ensayo histórico “Análisis del Cabildo, el Ayuntamiento y la conformación territorial del Municipio en Huetamo”. La parte técnica corresponde a 506 fichas catalográficas y varios anexos que complementan la información descrita.
