El artículo 3ro y sus reformas: un recorrido hacia la privatización de la educación. Siglos XX-XXI

Abstract

Currently, the federal government has planned to promote a new reform to article three of the Constitution of the United Mexican States, for this reason, this research presents a historical analysis on the modifications that have been made to such legislation, with the intention of present a comparative and contextual analysis of the different educational projects emanating from the federal government in the 20th and 21st centuries. The work concludes that the Mexican State's concern to improve public education levels has been latent, but the problem analyzed is part of structural problems that must be addressed by educational policies.

En la actualidad, el gobierno federal, ha proyectado impulsar una nueva reforma al artículo tercero de la Constitución de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, por ello, esta investigación presenta un análisis histórico sobre las modificaciones que se han hecho a tal legislación, con la intención de presentar un análisis comparativo y contextual de los distintos proyectos educativos emanados del gobierno federal en los siglos XX y XXI. El trabajo concluye que ha sido latente la preocupación del Estado mexicano por mejorar los niveles de educación pública, pero el problema analizado se inscribe en problemas estructurales que deben ser atendidos por las políticas educativas.
