La educación constitucional, instrumento de acceso a la justicia y fomento al amor a la patria

Abstract

The present thesis has the purpose is to note the importance of implementing the teaching of the Federal Constitution in the educational program of our country. It is not a civic or patriotic act that should determine our love for Mexico, but the daily construction of citizenship. Through article 3, the Mexican State intends the harmonic development and promotion of love of the country in the human being, but actions are not enough, this is why I take into consideration my educational theory. As an integrating part of one of the principle elements of the State the Mexican society which should know the rights and obligations that establish the maximum legal regulation that reigns the entire territory, in the intelligence that it´s the principle legal instrument that must be able to access to knowledge and licit demand of the correct administration of justice, as well as the dignifying day to day citizen performance.

La tesis que hoy nos ocupa, tiene como finalidad hacer notar la importancia de instituir la enseñanza de la Constitución Federal, dentro del programa matricular de educación en nuestro país. No es un acto de civismo o patriotismo el que debe determinar nuestro amor por México, sino la construcción diaria de ciudadanía. A través del artículo tercero, se pretende el desarrollo armónico y el fomento al amor a la patria en el ser humano, pero las acciones no son suficientes; por ello, pongo a consideración mi teoría educativa. Como parte integrante de uno de los principales elementos del Estado, la sociedad mexicana debe conocer los deberes y obligaciones que establece el máximo ordenamiento jurídico que impera en todo el territorio, en la inteligencia de que es el principal instrumento legal para poder accesar al conocimiento y exigencia lícita de la correcta administración de justicia, así como la dignificación del quehacer ciudadano.
