Abstract

In this Documentary Catalog are describe the information about the File, Found, Section and Series from which it comes this Catalog. Through it we can know the historical context indispensable to understand the administration of the series worked. Likewise, the present investigation, shows us the situation that has the Middle Education had while the School of Male University was in operation and the educational role that was assigned to the Universidad Michoacana and the Colegio de San Nicolás around this institution, insomuch as in those institutions the aforementioned academic level was studied. In addition to this, it shows us the daily development and operation to the aforementioned School, having as its most remote date 1929 and the recentest 1970. It also has some criteria and archival and methodological specifications used for its elaboration; indexes and glossary of terms that will facilitate the search to users.

En el presente Catálogo Documental se encuentra descrita información referente al Archivo, Fondo, Sección y Serie de la cual procede el Catálogo. A través de ella se puede conocer el contexto histórico indispensable para entender la administración de la Serie trabajada. En este sentido, la presente investigación, muestra la situación que tuvo la Educación Media mientras estuvo funcionando la Escuela de Iniciación Universitaria Varonil y el papel educativo que se le designó a la Universidad Michoacana y al Colegio de San Nicolás entorno a esta institución, puesto que en dichas instituciones se cursó el citado nivel académico. Aunado a ello, muestra el desenvolvimiento diario y funcionamiento de la citada Escuela, teniendo como fecha más remota 1929 y la más reciente 1970. Contiene también algunos criterios y especificaciones Archivísticas y metodológicas utilizadas para su elaboración; índices y glosario de términos que facilitarán la búsqueda a usuarios.
