Resumen : | The subject of the present thesis, entitled "Violence, Freedom and Art in the new virtual spaces" is part of a macro research on the transgressive artistic discourse, which materializes in potentially lived and read forms (on the other, by the others) as narratives of "violence" against the concrete exercise of fundamental freedoms, in particular the freedom of expression in cyberspace. Throughout the development of the theme we have worked from two great axis of the new personal and social interactions in the environments of the Telepolis. These axes are explored through four major chapters in which we will analyze, on the one hand, the concept of information, the principles inherent to freedom of expression and, as we referred above, and its exercise in virtual spaces through the artistic creation and the limits of the discourse of violence within this last space. For methodological reasons we have chosen to place as central the emergence of new identities that create tribalisms -the digital tribes- and, from them, attempted to analyze the ruptures and energies created by the friction between freedom to create and violence (or better, its limits). For operational issues of delimitation of the subject, we focus on the musical creation, in particular urban genres. |
