El juicio de amparo en Michoacán durante el porfiriato, 1876- 1910

Abstract

This research work was developed in the interest of the analysis of the History of Law, in the context of the government of Porfirio Diaz, with the final intention of defining the legal aspects of the Porfiriato in Michoacan, particularly in cases of trial not studied, to contribute to the historical study of the Amparo Trial, generating a debate on its social impact, through a new historiographical contribution of regional dye.

El presente trabajo de investigación, se desarrolló en el interés del análisis de la Historia del Derecho, en el contexto del gobierno de Porfirio Díaz, con la intención final de definir los aspectos jurídicos del Porfiriato en Michoacán, particularmente en casos de juicio no estudiados, para contribuir al estudio histórico del Juicio de Amparo, generando un debate sobre su impacto social, mediante un nuevo aporte historiográfico de tinte regional.
