La dinámica de la propiedad raíz en el distrito rentístico y judicial de Pátzcuaro, Michoacán, durante el Porfiriato

Abstract

The thesis work that is presented contains a succinct account of the economic, political, social and demographic structure of the rentier and judicial district of Pátzcuaro, located in the central-northern portion of the entity, during a good part of the Porfirista period. Within this framework and based on the information gathered in the Historical Archive of the Executive Power of Michoacán, a brief and comprehensive analysis is carried out on the movement experienced by real estate in that demarcation, in the context of the express creation of a government office dedicated to the registration and legalization of this type of activity. From this follows the perception that the real estate market in that district, was intense and had a close connection with the economic and social growth that the Porfirista regime sponsored at the national, state and local levels.

El trabajo de tesina que se presenta contiene un recuento suscito sobre la estructura económica, política, social y demográfica del distrito rentístico y judicial de Pátzcuaro, ubicado en la porción centro-norte de la entidad, durante buena parte del periodo Porfirista. En ese marco y con base en la información reunida en el Archivo Histórico del Poder Ejecutivo del estado de Michoacán, se realiza un análisis somero y de conjunto sobre el movimiento que experimentó la propiedad raíz en esa demarcación, en el contexto de la creación ex profeso de una oficina gubernamental, abocada al registro y legalización de ese tipo de actividades. De ello se desprende la percepción de que el mercado inmobiliario en ese distrito fue intenso y tuvo estrecha conexión con el crecimiento económico y social que auspició el régimen porfirista en los planos nacional, estatal y local.
