Abstract

The work of the Catalog Documentary was carried out by the consultation that was made in what was the “Parish Historical Archive of the Metropolitan Tabernacle of Morelia”, more specifically in what is the sacramental section, in the series was chosen: marrieages during the XVII century. This work is going to be characterized by being the consulting instrument that helps future projects on topic related to this, such as the Church, Marriages, and Society. In order to make consultations easier and more accesible, as well as the better conservation of books that are now old and fragile. The catalog Will also be characterized by its extensive bibliographic consultation in which it Will help to improve and acquire more specialized information on the subject of marrigues, whitch is the main theme og the catalog since that is the series to work on. As well as having historical information on the Archive and the subject that is being worked on in a research manner to help as a basis for other projects of Documentary Catalog sor Thesis in waht is in the mid- seveteenth century. It Will also have the purpose of being an archivist consulting instrument since the Catalog Will allow the control of the collection to locate the files more quickly, as well as facilitating the consultation since it is the link between the users of the archives.

El trabajo del Catálogo Documental se realizó por la consulta que se hizo en lo que fue el Archivo Histórico “Parroquial del Sagrario Metropolitano de Morelia” mas, específicamente en lo que es la sección sacramental, de la serie: Matrimonios durante el siglo XVII. Este trabajo se va a caracterizar por ser el instrumento de consulta que ayude a diferentes líneas de investigación relacionadas con el tema de la Iglesia y la sociedad, con el fin de hacer más fácil y accesible la consulta, así como también en cuidar una mala manipulación y una mejor conservación hacia los libros ya que son antiguos y frágiles. El Catálogo tendrá como contenido principal las investigaciones de las partidas de matrimonio elaboradas en los años 1636- 1687 en lo que vendría siendo Valladolid del siglo XVII, siendo las partidas divididas por castas y españoles, así nombrando el tema principal del Catálogo. También tendrá información bibliográfica de los temas de Iglesia, de la geografía del lugar, estadísticas de lo poblacional y hasta arquitectónicas por la construcción del lugar donde esta resguardado el archivo. Por último, tendrá como finalidad ser instrumento de consulta archivística ya que el Catálogo permitirá el control del acervo para localizar con rapidez los expedientes, así como facilitar la consulta ya que es el vínculo entre los usuarios con los archivos.
