Régimen fiscal de entidades privadas con propósitos no lucrativos

Abstract

This research is divided into two parts, the first is to identify the subjects of our research as well as provide the overall framework of its accounting system; in the second part develops the theme itself; although the provisions and issues discussed in both parties are applicable in a variety of entities, the focus is clearly to entities with nonprofit purposes belonging to private initiative and federal tax burden specified as such, it ie not details on the implementation of generic for which there is great variety of materials for consultation obligations.

Esta investigación se divide en dos partes, en la primera se busca identificar a los sujetos de nuestra investigación así como suministrar el marco general de su sistema contable; en la segunda parte se desarrolla propiamente el tema; si bien las disposiciones y temas que se analizan en ambas partes son de aplicación en gran variedad de entidades, el enfoque es netamente a entidades con propósitos no lucrativos pertenecientes a la iniciativa privada y su carga fiscal federal especifica como tales, es decir, no se detalla sobre el cumplimiento de obligaciones genéricas para las que existe gran variedad de material para su consulta.
