Proyecto de inversión para la apertura de una tortillería

Abstract

The planning, organization, operation and control of a company represents the greatest challenge for an entrepreneur. The one who wants to start their business should answer questions such as: what equipment should I buy ?, where should I settle ?, what procedure or permits should I have ?, among many others. These and many other questions answer an investment project. This project provides extensive and detailed information on how to plan, organize, operate and control a company, providing information and guidance on major issues such as market studies, technical study, equipment, facilities, costs, personnel, and administrative aspects, financial management and marketing, necessary to ensure the success of the company. Therefore, each of these is emphasized, analyzing how they should be applied and what factors are involved in order for them to function properly and to carry out the project successfully. It should be noted that the monetary values that were taken for the elaboration of this project correspond to the second half of 2005 and that are only referential to have an order of magnitude of the investment necessary to enter in the rotation of the tortillerías.

La planeación, organización, operación y control de una empresa representa el mayor reto para un empresario. El que desea iniciar su negocio deberá responder a preguntas como: ¿qué equipo debo comprar?, ¿dónde debo instalarme?, ¿qué trámite o permisos debo tener?, entre muchas otras. A éstas como a otras muchas preguntas da respuesta un proyecto de inversión. Este proyecto proporciona información amplia y detallada sobre la forma de planear, organizar, operar y controlar una empresa, proporcionando información y orientación en grandes temas como son: estudios de mercado, estudio técnico, equipo, instalaciones, costos, personal, y aspectos administrativos, administración financiera y mercadotecnia, necesarios para asegurar el éxito de la empresa. Por lo tanto se hace énfasis a cada uno de estos, haciendo un análisis de cómo se deben aplicar y que factores son los que intervienen para que puedan funcionar correctamente y se lleve con éxito dicho proyecto. Cabe señalar que los valores monetarios que se tomaron para la elaboración del este proyecto corresponden al segundo semestre del 2005 y que son sólo referenciales para disponer de un orden de magnitud de la inversión necesaria para incursionar en el giro de las tortillerías.
