Estructura contable y administrativa de un organismo público descentralizado del Estado de Guanajuato en el sector educativo

Abstract

Those of us who have had the privilege of forming ourselves must participate in the generation of opportunities and in the regeneration of our institutions. We are in a moment of redefinition of our country. There is a New Mexico waiting to be discovered and built. What we want? A technological, agricultural, livestock, tourist country? Should we privilege major construction projects, large industrial complexes or the custody of the environment? They are all great questions to which we all have to contribute. We must help lead the country in a direction of creativity and intelligence, where growth and equality are not mutually exclusive options but mutually reinforcing complementary outcomes. Let's make a society in which talent is more important than political affiliation or geographical or social origin. We have to finish discarding ourselves because one is public and the other is private, because one is left and the other is right, because one is from the city and another from the province. We all have the potential to be free and innovative. We do not have to choose between state and civil society, between countryside and city or between employers and workers, are all false antinomies, Mexico needs all educate by example in our professional life, and we help rationally revise the cultural patterns that no longer are functional for our country. Our old culture of welfare and conformity, our old illusion that results can be effortless, that the important thing is "comfort", all that has to be changed.

Los que hemos tenido el privilegio de formarnos debemos participar en la generación de oportunidades y en la regeneración de nuestra instituciones. Estamos en un momento de redefinición de nuestro país. Hay un México nuevo esperando ser descubierto y construido. ¿Qué queremos? ¿Un país tecnológico, agrícola, ganadero, turístico? ¿Debemos privilegiar los grandes emprendimientos constructivos, los grandes complejos industriales o la custodia del medio ambiente. Son todas grandes preguntas a cuyas respuestas tenemos que aportar todos. Debemos ayudar a dirigir al país en una dirección de creatividad e inteligencia, en donde el crecimiento y la igualdad no sean opciones excluyentes, sino resultados complementarios que se refuercen mutuamente. Hagamos una sociedad en la cual el talento sea más importantes que la afiliación política o el origen geográfico o social. Tenemos que terminar de descartarnos entre nosotros mismos porque uno es público y el otro es privado, porque uno es de izquierda y el otro es de derecha, porque uno es de la ciudad y otro de la provincia. Todos nosotros tenemos el potencial de ser libres e innovadores. No tenemos por qué optar entre estado y sociedad civil, entre campo o ciudad o entre empresarios y trabajadores, son todas falsas antinomias, México necesita de todos Eduquemos con ejemplo en nuestra vida profesional, ayudemos a que se revisen racionalmente las pautas culturales que ya no son funcionales para nuestro país. Nuestra vieja cultura de estado del bienestar y del conformismo, nuestra vieja ilusión de que se pueden obtener resultados sin esfuerzo, que lo importante es la “comodidad”, todo eso hay que cambiarlo.
