Importancia del análisis del financiamiento en la creación de la pequeña empresa

Abstract

Currently in Mexico the companies operate in a difficult economic environment due to the commercial opening and the economic globalization and more for those that are initiating reason why it is necessary to look for alternatives that allow to compete in this financial environment. Therefore, it is necessary to have an effective financing strategy to obtain funds at the lowest cost and use them optimally to generate the highest possible yield, and to achieve this, it is important to have at your disposal all the information relevant to the financing alternatives available to them to be able to compare them and to analyze which it agrees more and thus to have the sufficient elements to make a decision. It must be recognized that within the creation of a new company involves many situations and one of them is the part of the financing, in which it is important to look for, as already mentioned how many alternatives are possible in addition to make an analysis that allows us to determine what is what suits us, in such a way that at a certain time the good functioning of the small business that is created is taken care of, taking care of aspects such as liquidity, solvency, in addition to achieving a good performance. Therefore the intention in the present work is to provide an overview of the sources of financing that can be used when they are intended to give life to a project. In addition, an analysis will be developed between some sources of financing to highlight the importance of the same, when making a decision on financing.

Actualmente en México las empresas operan en un ambiente económico difícil debido a la apertura comercial y la globalización económica y más para aquellas que van iniciando por lo que se debe buscar alternativas que permitan competir en este ambiente financiero. Por lo tanto, es necesario tener una eficaz estrategia de financiamiento para obtener fondos al menor costo y utilizarlos óptimamente para generar el mayor rendimiento posible, y para lograrlo es importante tener a su disposición toda la información relevante a las alternativas de financiamiento con las que cuenta para poder compararlas y analizar cual conviene más y así contar con los elementos suficientes para tomar una decisión. Se debe reconocer que dentro de la creación de una nueva empresa implica muchas situaciones y una de ellas es la parte del financiamiento, en la cual es importante buscar, como ya se mencionó cuantas alternativas sean posibles además hacer un análisis que nos permita determinar qué es lo que nos conviene, de tal manera que en cierto momento se cuide el buen funcionamiento de la pequeña empresa que se quiere crear, cuidando aspectos como la liquidez, la solvencia, además de lograr un buen rendimiento. Por lo anterior la intención en el presente trabajo es dar a conocer un panorama de las fuentes de financiamiento a las que pueden acudir cuando se tengan como objetivo dar vida a un proyecto. Además se desarrollara un análisis entre algunas fuentes de financiamiento para resaltar la importancia del mismo, al momento de tomar una decisión sobre financiamiento.
