Abstract

The subject mentioned in this thesis is of great importance since its application is daily in the professional practice and work. The conditions that are handled and the benefits that are mentioned are important to know them for their application since that is the result of the protection of the rights of workers as well as their obligations, according to law. Mention is also made of labor protection for pregnant and under-age women, emphasis is placed on collective labor contracts as well as the law, and the internal regulations of workers, coalitions, unions, etc. are mentioned. It is important to mention all these issues as we derive the rights, obligations, regulations and working conditions under which the labor relationship will be carried out. In relation to the laws that are in the labor relationship as the law of social insurance and the law of infonavit, it has a lot of relevance since the workers benefit from this benefit both themselves and their families, as they have the opportunity to acquire credits to have a decent home and through social insurance receive appropriate medical care.

El tema que se menciona en esta tesis tiene gran importancia ya que su aplicación es cotidiana en el ejercicio profesional y laborar. Las condiciones que se manejan y las prestaciones que se mencionan es importante conocerlas para su aplicación ya que de ahí se desprende la protección de los derechos de los trabajadores así como sus obligaciones, apegadas a ley. También se hace mención de la protección labora que se tiene para las mujeres embarazada y menores de edad, se hace hincapié en los contratos de trabajo tanto colectivo como ley y se mencionan los reglamentos interiores de los trabajadores, coaliciones, sindicatos, etc. Resulta importante mencionar todos estos temas ya que de ahí desprendemos los derechos, obligaciones, reglamentos y condiciones de trabajo bajo las cuales se va a llevar a cabo la relación laborar. En relación a las leyes con las que se cuanta en la relación laboral como la ley del seguro social y la ley del infonavit, tiene mucha relevancia ya que los trabajadores se benefician de esta prestaciones tanto ellos como sus familias, ya que tienen la oportunidad de adquirir créditos para tener una vivienda digna y a través del seguro social recibir la atención médica adecuada.
