Obligaciones fiscales de una sociedad anónima que se dedica a la compra y venta de papelería

Abstract

Through the development of this work it can be observed that the Corporations were born and evolved according to the needs that arose during the course of time, which has as main objective the economic regulation to achieve a better the common good of those in she participates, in order to obtain a benefit, first an institutional level and in a consecutive way, as a contributor of a national economy. Consequently, the importance of knowing and promoting the management of the commercial society as a source of resources to promote both microeconomics and a macroeconomic system. Adequate knowledge and management of their legal, accounting, tax and administrative rights, can offer the investing public an option of profitability and security to obtain a profit proportional to their contributions.

A través del el desarrollo de este trabajo se observa que, las Sociedades anónimas nacieron y evolucionaron de acuerdo a las necesidades que fueron surgiendo durante el transcurso del tiempo, la cual tiene como objetivo principal es la regulación económica para lograr a un mejor el bien común de quienes en ella participan, para lograr un beneficio, primero a nivel institucional y en forma consecuente, como contribuyente de una economía nacional. Por consecuente la importancia de conocer y promover el manejo de esta Sociedad comercial como captador de recursos para impulsar tanto a las microeconomías como un sistema macroeconómico. El conocimiento y manejo adecuado de sus aspectos legales, contables, fiscales y administrativos de estas, permitirá ofrecer al público inversionista una opción de rentabilidad y seguridad de obtener un beneficio proporcional a sus aportaciones.
