Eficiencia y productividad como resultado del adecuado comportamiento organizacional en las instituciones públicas

Abstract

Chapter I provides an overview to the subject dealt with in this investigation. The first point is an introduction to the theme to develop. To continue the general objective and specific objectives as well as the limitations of this study is presented. Chapter II contains the theoretical framework, which includes the concept of efficiency, productivity and the factors influencing it. It also defines what a public institution is. And beginning this chapter is given to the development of the central theme of this research "organizational behavior" in this case in the city of Morelos, addressing some topics and subtopics that are related to the topic covered in this research Chapter III shows the history of the problem, contains the methodology used, the type of study, study population and finally the conclusions.

El capítulo I presenta un panorama general al tema que se tratara en esta investigación. Como primer punto se presenta una introducción al tema a desarrollar. Para continuar se presenta el objetivo general y los objetivos específicos, así como las limitaciones del presente estudio. El capítulo II contiene el marco teórico, que incluye el concepto de eficiencia, productividad así como los factores que influyen en la misma. Se define también lo que es una institución pública. Y en este capítulo se da inicio al desarrollo del tema central de esta investigación “comportamiento organizacional” en este caso en el Ayuntamiento de Morelos, abordando algunos temas y subtemas que están relacionados con el tema a tratar en esta investigación El capítulo III, muestra los antecedentes del problema, contiene la metodología empleada, el tipo de estudio, población objeto de estudio y por ultimo las conclusiones.
