Encapsulado en poliéster

Abstract

The planning, organization, operation and control of a company represents the biggest challenge for an entrepreneur. Whoever wants to start a business should keep in mind three basic questions; in deciding to invest? What sources of funding need?, How to efficiently manage assets? Derived from this other questions arise as to the capital that I have what business I can put me ?, What guarantees that investment ?, Where should I locate my business ?, among other questions. To answer these questions, and make an investment decision and minimize the risk of failure must identify the options available to the investor at your fingertips. To this economic environment, the city of Morelia is analyzed, we identified that the main source of income generated is the services sector and has had positive growth in recent years due to the need to pay for services and handicrafts either for tourists, students or just the population growth of the city and to define our field of inquiry took the service encapsulated in polyester. The applicants of this service are mostly middle class and upper middle so it is a market that opens the doors to our investment encapsulated in polyester.

La planeación, organización, operación y control de una empresa representa el mayor reto para un empresario. Quien quiera iniciar un negocio debe tener en mente tres preguntas básicas; decidir ¿En que invertir?, ¿Qué fuentes de financiamiento necesito?, ¿Cómo administrar de manera eficiente los activos? Derivado de esto surgen otras preguntas como: con el capital que tengo ¿Qué negocio puedo poner?, ¿Qué me garantiza esa inversión?, ¿Dónde debo ubicar mi negocio?, entre otras preguntas. Para tener respuesta a estas preguntas, y tomar una decisión de inversión y reducir al mínimo los riesgos de fracaso hay que identificar las opciones que tiene el inversionista a su alcance. Para esto se analiza el entorno económico, de la ciudad de Morelia, identificamos que la principal fuente de ingreso generado es el sector servicios y que ha tenido un crecimiento positivo en años recientes, debido a la necesidad de pagar por servicios y productos artesanales ya sea por turistas, estudiantes o simplemente el crecimiento de la población de la ciudad y para delimitar nuestro campo de investigación tomamos el servicio de encapsulado en poliéster. Los demandantes de este servicio son en su mayoría de clase media y media alta por lo que es un mercado que nos abre las puertas para nuestra inversión de encapsulado en poliéster.
