Implantación del área de finanzas en una empresa industrial

Abstract

Financial resources are the flow of an enterprise economy, finance covering financial markets and institutions and government activities, with which the company relates to the development of their operation, so consider necessary to leave stated in this work the main concepts and theories that support and guide the financial activity of enterprises, as a means of highlighting them and that readers are aware of it and / or strengthen their own knowledge, as the field of finance is very extensive. Over time, the finance function of a company, is who plays the most active role in investment and financing. As a result of the expanding economy of these times it has given greater importance to the financial area so they have implemented new techniques and methods for the implementation of investment and financial resources in companies. The main objective of this paper is to propose the "AREA IMPLEMENTATION IN A COMPANY INDUSTRIAL FINANCE", establishing the organizational design of the same, the positions, functions and desired profiles and without interfering in the established structure, which is not subject study. Through research is to make a review of the theory on the subject that have built different authors, in order to gather information about the concepts to which the industrial company that will be proposed to the finance department requires, so has the necessary support to facilitate the achievement of its objectives in terms of financial planning, real asset management and diversification of fund-raising, management of their investments and generate profits maximizing both the company and the owners.

Los recursos financieros son el flujo de la economía de una empresa, Las finanzas abarcan los mercados financieros e instituciones y actividades gubernamentales, con los que la empresa se relaciona en el desarrollo de su operación, por lo que considero necesario dejar plasmado en el presente trabajo los principales conceptos y teorías que sustentan y orientan la actividad financiera de las empresas, como un medio de resaltarlos y que los lectores del mismo conozcan y/o refuercen su propio conocimiento, ya que el campo de las finanzas es muy extenso. A través del tiempo, la función financiera de una empresa, es quién desempeña el papel más activo en cuanto a inversiones y financiamiento. A consecuencia de la economía en expansión de estos tiempos se le ha dado mayor importancia al área financiera por lo que se han implementado nuevas técnicas y métodos para la inversión y aplicación de recursos financieros en las empresas. El objetivo fundamental del presente trabajo es proponer la “IMPLANTACIÓN DEL ÁREA DE FINANZAS EN UNA EMPRESA INDUSTRIAL”, estableciendo el diseño organizacional del mismo, los puestos, las funciones y los perfiles deseados y sin intervenir en la estructura establecida, la cual no es objeto de estudio. Mediante la investigación se pretende hacer una revisión de la teoría que sobre el tema que han construido los diferentes autores, con el propósito de recopilar información acerca de los conceptos a los que a la empresa industrial a la que se le propondrá el departamento financiero requiere, para que cuente con el soporte indispensable para facilitarle el logro de sus objetivos en cuestión de planeación financiera , la administración real de los activos, así como la diversificación del acopio de fondos, el manejo de sus inversiones y generar la maximización de las utilidades tanto de la empresa como de los propietarios.
