Análisis del uso y legislación de las redes sociales en México

Abstract

Nowadays the internet and the technologies that derive from it have far surpassed to the computer law since to see that the social networks have become a means of constant diffusion of information it is necessary to reflect and to see how to regulate that information and millions of data that people contribute daily in the internet and social networks or internet post in Mexico and the world. That is why we try to verify the Hypothesis that in Mexico there is no solid legislation for the Internet and Social Networks. It will be an investigation to give us an overview of how the social networks in our country and some of the foreigners are working and to what extent they are regulated and which are a greater risk than others will be a classification of the most used social networks in Mexico and the reason, as well as the ages of the population that visit these networks as well as the risks presented by these social pages. The implications of this issue are enormous given the large number of people who are current members of these networks today. For example The Social Network Twitter that is estimated at about 100 million users this 2011 almost a virtual country, only surpassed by the social networking giant Facebook with 500 million users this 2011 around the world. Therefore this research will focus on finding out what is being done on different networks and their legislative status in countries such as Spain, United States, United Kingdom and Latin America as well as in Mexico. In this way we will be able to compare the information that the users throw us with the one of experts in these subjects of social networks.

Hoy en día el internet y las tecnologías que de él se derivan han rebasado por mucho al derecho informático ya que al ver que las redes sociales se han convertido en un medio de difusión constante de información es necesario reflexionar y ver la manera de regular esa información y millones de datos que la gente aporta diariamente dentro del internet y las redes sociales o correos de internet en México y el mundo. Por ello se tratara de comprobar la Hipótesis de que en México no existe una legislación sólida para internet y Las Redes Sociales. Sera una investigación para darnos un panorama de cómo están funcionando las redes sociales en nuestro país y algunos del extranjero y hasta qué punto están reguladas y cuales son un mayor riesgo que otras se hará una clasificación de las redes sociales más utilizadas en México y el porqué, así como las edades de la población que visitan estas redes así como los riesgos que presentan estas páginas sociales. Las implicaciones de este tema son enormes dados al gran número de personas que son miembros actuales de estas redes hoy en día Por ejemplo La red Social Twitter que se calcula en unos 100 millones de usuarios este 2011 casi un país entero virtual, solo superado por el gigante de las redes sociales Facebook con 500 millones de usuarios este 2011 alrededor del mundo. Por lo tanto esto la investigación se centrara en averiguar que se está haciendo en materia de las diferentes redes y su estatus legislativo en países como España, Estados unidos, reino unido y América latina así como en México. De esta manera podremos comparar la información que nos arrojen los usuarios con la de expertos en estos temas de redes sociales.
