Determinantes de la competitividad de las pequeñas y medianas empresas exportadoras de tequila

Abstract

The objective of this research was to identify the variables that determine the competitiveness of exporting tequila SMEs at Tequila and Guadalajara. The independent variables analyzed in this study were human capital, financing and innovation. It has been identified agribusiness sector has grown during the last years, nevertheless the market is being monopolized by foreign companies. To evaluate the influence of the variables, an empirical study was made, which consisted of collecting field information throughout a questionnaire and then processed in SPSS. The results obtained suggest the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the competitiveness of tequila in SMEs.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar las variables que determinan la competitividad de las PyMES exportadoras de tequila en el área de Tequila y Guadalajara. Las variables independientes que se analizaron en este estudio fueron el capital humano, el financiamiento y la innovación. Se ha identificado que este sector de la agroindustria ha crecido durante los últimos años, sin embargo, el mercado está siendo acaparado por empresas extranjeras. Para evaluar la influencia de las variables se realizó un estudio empírico que consistió en recabar información de campo por medio de un cuestionario, el cual fue procesado en SPSS. Los resultados que se obtuvieron sugiere que las variables independientes tienen un efecto positivo y significativo en la competitividad de las PyMES tequileras.
