La capacitación es una forma que las organizaciones han adquirido para tener un mejor desempeño en el ámbito laboral, para lo cual Comisión Federal de Electricidad trata de darle a su personal las herramientas y recursos adecuados para formar profesionales seguros cumpliendo todo requisito para cumplir con sus tareas y responsabilidades. Para Comisión Federal de Electricidad la gente que se incorpore debe ser mejor que los que están dentro de ella, el capacitar a sus nuevos aspirantes a ocupar un puesto implica el dar una mejor productividad y brindar un excelente servicio.
