Propuesta de un manual de organización para guardería SPUM S.C.

They are in order to mention some of the advantages that the implantation of the manual of organization has; The broad knowledge of the organic structure, suiting someone's purposes like support in the realization of tasks assigned for each area and put of her same, avoiding bad knowing guys that way, arguments and conflicts between the same workers. La Propuesta de la Implantación del Manual de Organización para la Guardería SPUM S.C, surge a partir de detectar el problema de la duplicidad de funciones y no identificar las obligaciones que tiene cada uno de los trabajadores que laboran dentro del centro de trabajo, así mismo implementar la difusión y la aplicación de dicho manual en mejora de esta organización. Proponiendo ser un apoyo para todo el personal y poder así construir, analizar, aclarar y definir niveles jerárquicos, atribuciones, medios de comunicación, toma de decisiones etc. Guardería SPUM S.C, se encuentra dentro de la clasificación como empresa mediana, no obstante debe contar con una misión y visión, teniendo bien establecidos cuáles son sus objetivos así como su estructura orgánica y contar con un organigrama, el cual nos muestra tal y como está constituida dicha organización para brindar un buen servicio de calidad, contando con un personal capacitado al cuidado del menor. Por mencionar algunas de las ventajas que tiene la implantación del manual de organización son; el conocimiento general de la estructura orgánica, servir como apoyo en la realización de tareas asignadas para cada área y puestos de la misma, evitando así malos entendidos, discusiones y conflictos entre los mismos trabajadores. Tomando en cuenta que existen algunos inconvenientes en la implementación de dicho manual, como las actualizaciones del mismo, costos económicos que se generan, resistencia al cambio por parte del personal y mano de obra. La finalidad es aportar una solución de mejora para que se puedan realizar las actividades con eficacia y eficiencia tomando en cuenta los principios de la administración los cuales son: planeación, organización, dirección, supervisión y control.
