Abstract

This thesis has the general objective of developing the investment project to analyze the marketing and sale of organic coffee. The market study, the study of material resources, administrative study, financial study and the study of the legal aspects, which are part of the investment project justify the establishment of the "Ventura" cafeteria because the results favor the undertaking of this new product for this city. El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo general elaborar el proyecto de inversión para analizar la comercialización y venta del café orgánico. El estudio de mercado, el estudio de recursos materiales, el estudio administrativo, el estudio financiero y el estudio de los aspectos legales, que forman parte del proyecto de inversión justifican el establecimiento de la cafetería “Ventura”, ya que los resultados obtenidos favorecen el emprendimiento de este nuevo producto para esta ciudad de Morelia Michoacán.
