Análisis y descripción de puestos del Hotel Sara Suites Ixtapa

Abstract

With this thesis claims that on having done an analysis and description of positions in the hotel Sara Suite Ixtapa improves the productivity and the performance of the human resources of this organization, and there are defined of a suitable form which are the functions and requirements of every position of the hotel. A company is an economic entity shaped by material, intellectual and financial elements, which interact coordinated to produce and to provide goods or services that satisfy the needs or desires of the consumer, in order to obtain a usefulness or benefit. The administration is a process by means of which it is planned, organizes, directs and controls the use of the resources and the work to achieve the aims of an organization of efficient form. The administration of human resources is the function composed by technologies and practices directed the employees of the company, which searches by means of the department of human resources and managers, to help to that the company fulfills his goals and improves his productivity. The analysis and description of positions is an element of the administrative process of human resources. The analysis of positions is the process by means of which the information on different positions it is obtained, they evaluate and organize systematically for a specialist of human resources, the information obtained by means of an analysis is indispensable for many of the functions that are carried out in a department of human resources, once tidy and classified the information, takes form of a document called description of positions. The description of positions is the process of enumerating detailed the functions and tasks of a position, the methods that it uses, the aims and the frequency with which the functions and tasks are done.

Con esta tesis se pretende que al hacer un análisis y descripción de puestos en el Hotel Sara Suite Ixtapa se mejore la productividad y el desempeño de los recursos humanos de esta organización, y se definan de una forma adecuada cuales son las funciones y requisitos de cada puesto del hotel. Una empresa es una entidad económica, conformada por elementos materiales, intelectuales y financieros, que interactúan coordinadamente para producir y proporcionar bienes o servicios que satisfagan las necesidades o deseos del consumidor, con el fin de obtener una utilidad o beneficio. La administración es un proceso por medio del cual se planifica, organiza, dirige y controla el uso de los recursos y el trabajo, para lograr los objetivos de una organización de forma eficiente. La administración de recursos humanos es la función compuesta por técnicas y prácticas dirigidas a los empleados de la empresa, la cual busca por medio del departamento de recursos humanos y gerentes, ayudar a que la empresa cumpla sus metas y mejore su productividad. El análisis y descripción de puestos es un elemento del proceso administrativo de recursos humanos. El análisis de puestos es el proceso mediante el cual los datos sobre diferentes puestos se obtiene, evalúan y organizan sistemáticamente por un especialista de recursos humanos, los datos obtenidos mediante un análisis son indispensables para muchas de las funciones que se llevan a cabo en un departamento de recursos humanos. Una vez ordenados y clasificados los datos, se plasman en un documento llamado descripción de puestos. La descripción de puestos es el proceso de enumerar detalladamente las funciones y tareas de un puesto, los métodos que utiliza, los objetivos y la frecuencia con que se hacen las funciones y tareas.
