Proyecto de inversión del Hotel - Restaurante "Roskamm", ubicado en Cristóbal Colón, de la Trinitaria, Chiapas

Abstract

This thesis has the general objective of developing an investment project for the creation of a Hotel and Restaurant, in order to meet the needs of tourists visiting Lagos de Colón, Christopher Columbus in the ejido, municipality of Trinitarian, Chiapas. A market study was conducted in which the results obtained were favorable for the creation of such an establishment, so that in this way it can support the group of landowners in planning their resources and investments, thus contributing to ejido progress.

Este trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo general elaborar un proyecto de inversión para la creación de un Hotel - Restaurante, con la finalidad de satisfacer las necesidades de los turistas que visitan Lagos de Colón, en el ejido Cristóbal Colón, Municipio de la Trinitaria, Chiapas. Se realizó un estudio de mercado, en el cual los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron favorables para la creación de dicho establecimiento, para que de esta manera se pueda apoyar al grupo de ejidatarios en la planeación de sus recursos y sus inversiones, y así contribuir al progreso del ejido.
