La capacitación como un sistema de aseguramiento de la calidad del Hospital General Regional Nº1

Abstract

The subject of my thesis is very interesting because it deals with the importance of Continuous Training of Romanian Appeal and that if staff are not trained gradually go discouraging and loses the quality of service they provide and as a result low productivity that's why I applied my thesis practiced in a service company detects the need for training in the first instance to the Governing Body that comprise the Heads of service of the General Regional Hospital No.1 with the theme of Leadership in Management Systems quality and to take the course at the end the results were very good as we expected and today and stay registered the issue in Regional Delegation to continue teaching the course to cover 100% of hospital staff.

El tema de mi tesis es muy interesante porque trata sobre la gran importancia de la Capacitación Continua del Recurso Humano ya que si no se capacita el personal poco a poco se van desmotivando y se va perdiendo la calidad del servicio que brindan y como resultado baja productividad, por eso yo aplique mi practica de tesis en una empresa de servicio detecte la necesidad de capacitación en primera instancia con el Cuerpo de Gobierno que lo conforman los Jefes de Servicio del Hospital General Regional Nº1 con el Tema de Liderazgo en los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y al realizar el curso al final los resultados fueron muy buenos tal y como lo esperaba y hoy en día ya quedo registrado el tema en Delegación Regional para seguir impartiendo el curso hasta cubrir el 100% del personal del Hospital.
