Expectativa laboral de los estudiantes universitarios de la Facultad de Contaduría y Ciencias Administrativas de la U.M.S.N.H.

Abstract

This research reveals the work expectations of the FCCA youth in Morelia, Michoacán, through a series of questions asked to 50 students of the Michoacán University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo. The purpose of these questions is aimed at knowing the attitude or perception of the work world that the student has, when looking for a job. The data obtained indicate that students have not yet specified a place where they would work at the end of their studies and very few have specified a place where they work. This survey helped to know the students' perception of what they want to face and not face as well as the growth opportunity that is the main reason why students are looking for a job.

Esta investigación revela las expectativas de trabajo de los jóvenes de la FCCA en Morelia, Michoacán, a través de una serie de preguntas hechas a 50 estudiantes de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. El propósito de estas preguntas es conocer la actitud o percepción del mundo del trabajo que el estudiante tiene, al buscar un trabajo. Los datos obtenidos indican que los estudiantes aún no han especificado un lugar donde trabajarían al final de sus estudios y muy pocos han especificado un lugar donde trabajaran. Esta encuesta ayudó a conocer la percepción de los estudiantes de lo que quieren enfrentar y no enfrentar, así como la oportunidad de crecimiento que es la principal razón por la que los estudiantes están buscando un trabajo.
