Abstract

The private company energy and environment control systems (SICEA) does not have a system that manages the documentation for this reason the present research proposes to implement an information system to take a better control of the documentation in the administrative department of the Company energy and environment control system private company, which offers service to several customers such as Elektra, Santander, Coppel, Banamex, Telcel, Bancomer, among others, currently has a lack of control documentation. In this research it is proposed to implement a system that facilitates the control of documents and to make the activities more efficient and effective, the system development life cycle method was implemented according to Kendall & Kendall With the proposal of the implementation of the system is intended to take better control and prevent information lags at the end of the year and thus be able to charge all services performed and have a separation by customer and type of corrective or preventive service and avoid executions to Untimely turn to have the information in time and form and be able to correct errors and provide better service to customers.

La empresa privada SISTEMAS DE CONTROL DE ENERGÍA Y AMBIENTE no cuenta con un sistema que administre la documentación por tal motivo el presente trabajo de investigación propone implementar un sistema de información para llevar un mejor control de la documentación en el departamento administrativo de la empresa sistema de control de energía y ambiente empresa privada , la cual ofrece servicio a varios clientes como son Elektra, Santander, Coppel, Banamex, Telcel, Bancomer, entre otros, actualmente se tiene un descontrol de documentación. En esta investigación se propone implementar un sistema que facilite el control de documentos y hacer más eficiente y eficaz las actividades, se implementó el método de ciclo de vida de desarrollo de sistemas según Kendall & Kendall. Con la propuesta de la implementación del sistema se pretende llevar un mejor control y evitar rezagos de información al cierre de año y así poder llevar a cobro todos los servicios ejecutados y tener una separación por cliente y tipo de servicio correctivo o preventivo y evitar ejecuciones a destiempo a su vez tener la información en tiempo y forma y poder corregir errores y brindar un mejor servicio a los clientes.
