Análisis de las teorías de contenido de motivación aplicadas al personal docente de la Facultad de Contaduría y Ciencias Administrativas

Abstract

This work was carried out in order to know which are the main unsatisfied needs presented by the teachers of the Facultad de Contaduría y Ciencias Administrativas through the analysis of motivation content theories, and also provide them with the necessary means to satisfy them to achieve the teachers feel motivated. To carry out this research it was necessary to make a methodological framework in which the problem statement, question, objective, hypothesis, methodology, as well as a target population were established. Subsequently, it is necessary to carry out the collection of information on the topics related to the case, that is, to carry out the theoretical framework of said investigation. To complement the work, it was necessary to carry out surveys, which were applied to a sample of the teachers of that faculty, then the analysis of the obtained data was carried out and thus, to obtain the results of the research. Finally, derived from the research carried out, the corresponding conclusions were drawn up, as well as the recommendations necessary to generate motivation in the teachers.

Este trabajo fue realizado con el fin de conocer cuáles son las principales necesidades insatisfechas que presenta el personal docente de la Facultad de Contaduría y Ciencias Administrativas mediante el análisis de las teorías de contenido de motivación, y así mismo brindarles los medios necesarios para satisfacerlas logrando que el personal se sienta motivado. Para llevar a cabo dicha investigación fue necesario realizar un marco metodológico en donde se establezca el planteamiento del problema, pregunta, objetivo, hipótesis justificación, metodología, así como una población objetivo. Posteriormente es necesario llevar a cabo la recolección de información sobre los temas relacionados con el caso, es decir realizar el marco teórico de dicha investigación. Para complementar el trabajo fue necesario realizar encuestas, las cuales fueron aplicadas a una muestra del personal docente de dicha facultad, enseguida se realizó el análisis de los datos obtenidos y así mediante dicha interpretación poder obtener los resultados de la investigación. Por último, derivado a la investigación realizada se elaboraron las conclusiones correspondientes, así como las recomendaciones necesarias para generar una motivación en el personal docente.
