El caso práctico que se realizó una investigación es a través del giro de negocio de tortas implementando las finanzas. Va dirigido a cualquier tipo de cliente ya que es comida rápida. Realizando los conceptos de administración y finanzas nos ayudan a dar y saber a detalle acerca de los ingresos diarios que necesitamos saber para darnos cuenta si es rentable o no. Este caso práctico solo se enfoca a las tortas de varios sabores ya dependiendo del cliente que sabor se le antoja. Al realizar el análisis nos arroja un beneficio favorable, lo cual es rentable el caso nos da utilidades a pronto tiempo. También genera trabajo a personas que integran ser equipo del negocio. Con su inteligencia, valores, sabiduría y responsabilidad hacen crecer el negocio, pero más que nada el servicio al cliente es el principal para una buena venta. Las tortas son un alimento tanto rápido y rico para la mayoría de los clientes también nos puede afectar por el consumo de grasa, pero para esto también se maneja otro tipo de elaboración o sabor para las personas que padecen de cuidados y sobre todo el pan.
