Plan de negocios para la transformación de la lenteja en harina en Coeneo Michoacán

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the feasibility and viability of the Business Plan for the transformation of lentils into flour, in such a way that it can be produced in large volumes in Coeneo Michoacán since this municipality has fertile lands suitable for production. of lentil However, year after year its commercial value has been decreasing due to the fact that potential countries export lentils to our country, this has caused the economic income to the municipality to decrease and therefore the producers have to sell their lentils at a lower price. Coeneo is considered one of the main producers of lentils in the State of Michoacán, which is why it seeks to be able to make a derivative of lentils, in this case flour, thus seeking to reach potential consumers so that they can consume it and potential distributors. so that they market it inside and outside the State, even throughout the country. This will allow the opening of new markets and thus improve the economy in Coeneo. To determine the feasibility and viability of the business plan, an investigation was carried out by interviewing and applying surveys to potential consumers and potential distributors; showing that potential consumers would be willing to consume lentil flour regardless of the price since they consider it beneficial to be able to include it in their daily diet, on the other hand, potential distributors state that marketing this product could be an area of opportunity to open new markets. Likewise, for the elaboration of the business plan, studies were carried out such as: market study, technical study, financial study and finally the organizational study, which confirm the importance of being able to commercialize lentil flour as an important market opportunity in Coeneo Michoacán.

La presente investigación tiene el objetivo de determinar la factibilidad y viabilidad del Plan de negocios para la transformación de la lenteja en harina, de tal forma que pueda producirse en grandes volúmenes en Coeneo Michoacán, ya que este municipio cuenta con tierras fértiles para la producción de lenteja. Sin embargo, año con año ha disminuido su valor comercial ya que países potenciales exportan lenteja a nuestro país, esto ha disminuido el ingreso económico del municipio y por ende los productores tienen que vender su lenteja a un precio menor. Coeneo se considera uno de los principales productores de lenteja en el Estado de Michoacán, por eso se busca el poder realizar un derivado de la lenteja en este caso la harina, buscando así poder llegar a los posibles consumidores para que puedan consumirla y a los posibles distribuidores para que la comercialicen dentro y fuera del Estado, incluso en todo el País. Esto permitirá la apertura nuevos mercados y así mejorar la economía en Coeneo. Para determinar la factibilidad y viabilidad del plan de negocios se realizó una investigación entrevistando y aplicando encuestas a posibles consumidores y posibles distribuidores; arrojando que los posibles consumidores estarían dispuestos a consumir la harina de lenteja sin importar el precio ya que consideran benéfico el poder incluirla en la alimentación diaria, por otra parte los posibles distribuidores manifiestan que el comercializar este producto podría ser un área de oportunidad para aperturar nuevos mercados. Igualmente, para la elaboración del plan de negocios se realizaron estudios como: estudio de mercado, estudio técnico, estudio financiero y por último el estudio organizacional, los cuales confirman la importancia de poder comercializar la harina de lenteja como una oportunidad de mercado importante en Coeneo Michoacán.
