The identification of unknown dynamic systems has been a field of research called 'system identification'. In identification systems defined or a model structure that looks similar to the unknown system behavior, such identification is focused on the estimation of models of dynamic systems from data observed or measured is described to perform this task You can think of the unknown system as a black box, having available only the input and output signals. System identification follows a mathematical model of the internal dynamics of the system based on the observation of the inputs and outputs. This thesis directs its research efforts primarily towards identifying variants parametric linear systems in time. Here the application of a technique is presented in the frequency domain using Walsh series for the analysis of a DC-DC converter which is an example of a periodic linear system.  The methodology is based on the use of orthogonal series and take advantage of the operational properties, these are summarized in the operational matrix of integration and differentiation, this methodology has been applied successfully to solve problems such as the synthesis in time domain in systems theory; and the determination of optimal control gains and direct variational method of solving the problem, in addition to parametric identification.en
